Skanska has sold its Nordic Light Trio office building in Budapest to JR AMC, a South Korean real estate investment trust. The transaction is valued €41m and will be recorded by Skanska Commercial Development Europe in Q3 2019. The actual transfer of the property is scheduled for Q2 2020. Nordic Light Trio has about 14,000sqm leasable area, of which 98 percent is leased to a multinational healthcare company. It's part of Skanska's Nordic Light office complex located on the west side of Danube river, and should receive LEED Gold and WELL certificates. "Nordic Light Trio will be our first project in Hungary to be WELL certified and a lot of efforts were focused on sustainable solutions and innovations, having at their heart the future residents of our building," said Marcin Łapiński, Managing Director of Skanska Property Hungary.
