Skanska hands over Budapest’s Mill Park office complex

Skanska Development has officially handed over the Mill Park office complex in Budapest to its new owner, Erste Real Estate. The cost of the deal was not disclosed. The property offers 36,000 sqm of office space distributed on seven levels with an additional three levels of underground parking, totaling 538 spots. The investment is 90 percent leased. A major pre-lease was concluded with IT Services Hungary. The LEED Gold-certified office complex was designed by M-Teampannon Architecture and Engineering Ltd.
