Shopmark in Budapest reopens following renovation

Shopmark in Budapest has reopened after undergoing an extensive renovation. The 20-year-old shopping center’s facade, machinery, space organization and interior design were changed during the reconstruction. KÉSZ Építő Zrt. oversaw the project. The 24,000 sqm property is owned by investment fund Magyar Posta Takarék Ingatlan Befektetési Alap, which is controlled by the holding company Diófa Alapkezelő Zrt.
