The completion of Majakka tower, part of the 8 tower Redi complex, has been pushed back from from May 2019 to June-July 2019. At 134 meters, the Majakka tower, the first tower to be completed on the site, will also be the tallest. When completed, the tower will offer 282 apartments. SRV, the company building the project, explained that the delay has been caused by a defective facade element, which halted construction over the summer. In addition, a windy autumn has also adversely affected crane work on the site and the ability to make up for time lost during the summer months. The entire Redi complex, which includes a shopping center as well as eight towers is expected to be completed by 2023.
