Savills to manage Posejdon complex in Szczecin

Savills has been named property manager of Posejdon, a mixed-use complex in Szczecin. The property offers 18,000 sqm of class AA office space and 5,000 sqm of retail and service area, including boutiques of brands previously absent from Szczecin. The complex will also house two Marriott hotels, including a four-star Courtyard and a three-star Moxy, which will provide a total of 255 rooms when they open in the second half of this year. Posejdon also features the largest and most modern conference center in Szczecin with a seating capacity of nearly 1,000 people. The cost of the project is PLN 350m. The investor is Porto.
