Savills has been entrusted by the developer Heritage Real Estates with the management of the Harrachov Palace, an extended complex of five connected buildings in central Prague. The buildings offer 3,000 sqm of GLA including retail space on the ground floor, two levels of offices and 8 apartments on the top level. Located on Jindřišska Street, the property is a list UNESCO monument and is connected to a reconstructed building in the courtyard space.
