Savills named office leasing agent of Forum 76 Business Centre

Savills has been appointed the exclusive office leasing agent for Forum 76 Business Centre in Łódź. The complex is the first office building in Łódź to be commercialized by Savills. Forum 76 Business Centre offers 7,700 sqm. The building’s amenities include a public green terrace on the roof, bicycle parking, a conference room as well as a new canteen. The building is BREEAM In-Use certified. The investment is owned by Benson Elliot and Sharow Capital.
