Savills has been appointed co-exclusive leasing agent of Harmony Office Center II in Warsaw. Located near Pole Mokotowskie park in, the property includes three buildings, totaling 18,000 sqm of space. The owner of Buildings B, C and D is Catalyst Core Plus European Property Fund (CCPEPF) of Catalyst Capital. “Harmony Office Center II is a unique project on the office map of Warsaw owing to its prime location. It is located both close to the very center of Warsaw and in close proximity to green areas and a metro station. A part of the complex will soon have vacant office space. We have teamed up with the owner to begin talks with potential tenants interested in leasing that space,” said Dariusz Karwański, associate director of the office agency and landlord representation at Savills.
