Sameday leases 2300 sqm in VGP Park Timisoara

Sameday, controlled by eMag, leased approximately 2,300 sqm at VGP Park Timisoara in western Romania. CBRE advised the tenant, a courier company, in the lease process. “The relocation of Sameday confirms the potential of the western area for the industrial sector. The dynamics of this area is maintained, both from the perspective of demand for industrial spaces and supply. The current stock of 700,000 sqm has a vacancy rate of 5.2 percent and another 75,000 sqm of industrial spaces are under construction in the counties of Timisoara, Arad and Bihor and will be delivered by the end of the year,” said Madalin Aresmeritoaie, senior advisor of industrial services at CBRE Romania.
