Apartment sales at BW Aria, the 10th residential building to go up within the Belgrade Waterfront project, are now underway. The project is being developed along the Sava River in the Serbian capital. Designed by local architect Jovan Mitrovic, BW Aria is located along the project’s main boulevard near restaurants, cafes and stores and across the street from an elementary school. The building offers a range of layouts from studios to five-bedroom penthouses. The investor behind Belgrade Waterfront is Eagle Hills. The project broke ground in 2014 and will cover 1 million sqm. It will include luxury apartments, offices, a five-star hotel and a 300,000 sqm shopping center.
