Sagen investing €26.5m in new Macedonian plant

Sagen started construction of a new facility in Skopje’s Bunardzik zone. The Albanian pharmaceutical company will produce infusion solutions and generic drugs at the site. The investment, valued at €26.5m, will go up in two phases. The company will invest €6.5m in the first phase, creating 60 to 70 jobs. The second €20m stage will create an additional 300 new jobs. Most of the products will be for export. Sagen is a subsidiary of FuFarma.
