Romexpo sells land at 1 May-Expozitiei area in Bucharest

In a €4.7m deal, Romexpo has sold 14,548 sqm of land at the 1 May-Expozitiei area in Bucharest to Akcent Construction Projects, headed by Francisca Niculae. The company will pay the first tranche of €2.5m this week, following an advance of €200,000 plus VAT. The second tranche of €2m will be paid by Sept. 30, when the sale-purchase contract will be signed. Francisca Niculae is the daughter of the well-known businessman Alin Niculae.
