ROCA Industry completes transaction to acquire Workshop Doors

The building materials holding ROCA Industry announces the completion of the transaction for the acquisition of 70 percent of the share capital of Workshop Doors. The price of the transaction is RON 30 million. According to the terms of the transaction, the holding company has the option to acquire an additional 30 percent of the shares issued by Workshop Doors.

Workshop Doors, present on the interior door market since 2009, operates with two production facilities, located in Reghin and Petelea, Mureș county. In the last financial year, related to 2023, the company achieved an estimated turnover of RON 48.8 million and EBITDA.
