Ritz-Carlton Residences underway in Sarasota

The Kolter Group has kicked off construction of the Ritz-Carlton Residences in downtown Sarasota, Florida. The condominium tower is located next to the Ritz-Carlton Sarasota hotel and is part of the 15-acre Quay Sarasota mixed-use project. Totaling 73 units, the scheme will allow residences access to 24-hour concierge services affiliated with the 266-room Ritz-Carlton hotel, along with the resort’s beach club on Lido Key and 18-hole golf course near Lakewood Ranch. Common amenities will include a resort-style swimming pool, fitness center, clubhouse, pool bar, demonstration kitchen and private dog park. Kolter acquired the roughly 1-acre tract earlier this year for $19.3m. Designed by SB Architects, the scheme is slated for completion in the last quarter of 2020.
