Rich Uncles buys Richmond industrial property for $10.5m
Rich Uncles NNN REIT Inc. bought a 72,890 sq ft industrial property in Richmond, Virginia, for $10.5m. Located at the Windsor Business Park, Windsor IV changed hands for just under $145 per sq ft. Developed in 2001, the building is fully leased to Bon Secours Mercy Health. The deal marks the second purchase at the industrial park for the REIT, having paid $7.4m for Windsor VI in 2017. Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer represented the seller, Fernau LeBlanc, which acquired the business park in December 2016 for $33m with a co-investor.
