Reuben Brothers buys 250 ha outside Madrid for 650 home project

Reuben Brothers has acquired a 250 ha plot in San Martín de Valdeiglesia, 74 km from the capital of Spain. The company intends to build 650 houses on the land, which borders the San Juan Reservoir, along with a 7,300 sqm hotel. The company, which is the investment vehicle of David and Simon Reuben, has committed to investing in Spain's real estate sector, focusing on quality properties and developing value-added projects. Previously, the brothers completed the acquisition of the Pachá hotel in Ibiza along with 364 ha in Cala Figuera, Mallorca. In total, Reuben Brothers owns about 815 hectares in Mallorca and about 180 hectares of land in Ibiza.
