Resi-office project breaks ground in Banja Luka

A massive mixed-use project is underway on 10.5 ha in Banja Luka, Bosnia. The scheme, called City block, will include 25 residential and five residential-office buildings as well as a hotel, shopping center, kindergarten, pharmacy, fitness center, bank and restaurants. The investor is Hidro-kop. The first phase, scheduled for completion in summer 2019, will feature 105 apartments in a six-floor building. The whole project will offer 100,000 sqm of residential in 1,400 apartments and 10,500 sqm of office.
