Reconstruction work on Building B at BB Centrum in Prague 4 has gotten underway, an investment that will include the installation of a new façade, a large reception area, restaurants and a new garden that will open in the building's atrium. The developer and owner of the building PasserInvest Group has set aside CZK 400m for the work, which should complete in the first quarter of 2020. Outdated technology will be replaced with new, energy saving equipment as part of the investment, while the building's main entrance will be shifted from the busy Vyskočilova street to the building's west-facing side. The 15,600 sqm building currently stands empty, as its former tenant Moneta Money Bank moved next door to the newly reconstructed Building A. Negotiations are currently ongoing, with company representatives claiming to be close to a deal with its first major tenant.

Across the road in the Brumlovka building, PasserInvest unveiled its new multimedia showroom which includes a dynamic, 1:450 model of the entire BB Centrum and a 7-meter curved projection wall with immersive, 180 degree projection. The purpose of this CZK 12m investment is to be able to present the story of BB Centrum to visitors and guests in a time-efficient way. More than 20 hours of information has been assembled and concentrated into an hour-long program of videos and visuals that's been divided into chapters for review by visitors.
