Proda Mont investing €10m in Bosnian apartment complex

Proda Mont broke ground on new business and residential project in Doboj, northern Bosnia. The company is investing more than €10m in the Oasa complex, which will offer 315 apartments, ranging from 24 sqm to 100 sqm, in three buildings. The scheme will also feature parks, parking, playgrounds and retail units. Construction will take place in three phases. The first phase will include 91 apartments in a seven-floor building. Completion is scheduled for the end of 2022.
