Price of Tallinn apartments up 3.4% on average in November

The average price per square meter for an apartment in Tallinn increased by 3.4 percent y-o-y in November to €1,811, according to the latest figures published by the Estonian Land Board. However, prices fell by 3.3 percent from the previous month. In November, 813 apartments in the capital were sold for a total value of €82.7m. By comparison, 937 apartments were sold in Tallinn in October, totaling €103.2m. Nationwide, the average price per square meter for apartments jumped 10.9 percent y-o-y to €768. Outside the capital, 1,001 sales were reported for a total value of €43.9m, according to the the Estonian Land Board.
