Polish warehouse deals total 23% of 2017 investment volume

Logistics and warehouse deals accounted for 23 percent of Poland’s total investment volume in 2017, according to the latest report from BNP Paribas Real Estate, with warehouse transactions making up 15 percent of the Q4 volume. China Investment Corporation’s takeover of Logicor, one of the leading European companies operating on the logistics and distribution markets, was one of the biggest deals to close in 2017. The estimated value of Logicor’s Polish assets stood at €750m.
