Total office stock in Poland’s core regional cities, including Kraków, Wrocław, Tricity, Katowice, Poznań, Łódź, Lublin and Szczecin, stood at 4.9 million sqm at the end of last year. Approximately 45 percent of that total was constructed in the last five years with office supply hitting a record high of more than 512,000 sqm in 2018. The 5 million sqm mark is expected to be surpassed by the end of the first quarter of this year, following the completion of V. Offices (21,700 sqm), Fabryczna Office Park I (12,600 sqm) and Mogilska Office (10,800 sqm) in Kraków; City Forum: City One (9,300 sqm) in Wrocław and Heweliusza 18 (7,900 sqm) in Gdańsk.
