Polish government reminds citizens to keep mobility to minimum
After meeting with the government’s crisis management team, Polish Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki reminded citizens to limit their movements outside their homes in an effort to fight the spread of COVID-19. The government has already banned public meetings, gatherings and events. Police will be monitoring the streets to make sure people are compiling. Health Minister Łukasz Szumowski added that Poland will not run out of coronavirus tests. The country is currently testing 3,000 people per day, according to Szumowski.
