Planika buys Kursumlijska Spa from Serbia

The Serbian state has sold the Kursumlija Spa in the south of the country to the company A.D. Planinka, with the buyer having pledged to invest over €10m in the facility. Work on Kurusmlija Spa should be done by the end of 2020. Planika is currently building a new hotel located in Lukovska Spa in another €10m investment and expects to finish work on it by the end of next year as well. The two facilities will employ more than 200 people. Planinka was founded in 1964 and was transformed into a joint stock company in 1999.
