The Italian contractor Impresa Pizzarotti has been put in charge of building the main works of Kula Belgrade, which will be the tallest building in Serbia. The 40-floor building is to be built in the center portion of the Belgrade Waterfront. Work will start in December and will be supported by local company Milennium Team, while the highrise specialist Roberts Construction has also been engaged. The Belgrade Tower project was designed by the SOM studio and is being developed by AECOM. Kula Belgrade includes residential, offices and hotel components, including The St. Regis Hotel and The Residences at The St. Regis Hotel.
