PGIM sells 1800 M Street in Washington, D.C. for $421m

A joint venture between Columbia Property Trust and Allianz Real Estate of America has paid $421 million for a Class A office building in Washington, D.C. The property, 1800 M Street, is a 10 story 580,930 square foot office building situated at the corner of 18th and M Streets in Washington, D.C.’s Golden Triangle area. The asset is 94 percent leased to 34 tenants and features nine corner offices per floor, dual core floor plates and lobbies, a roof top deck and a best-in-class fitness center. Holliday Fenoglio Fowler represented the seller of the building, PGIM Real Estate, which changed hands for just over $725 per sqf.
