Penny Market is planning to open between 20 to 25 new stores across Romania this year. The German discounter also intends to invest in a logistics center in the Oltenia region, which should open within the next two to three years. This would be the fourth warehouse the company has in the country and its first in the Oltenia region. Penny Market wants to increase its Romanian store network to 400 locations by 2025.
