Patrizia Immobilien AG bought an office property in Münster and an industrial property in Krefeld from Warburg-HIH Invest. The selling prices were not disclosed. The Portal 10 office building on Albersloher Weg in Münster offers 6,562 sqm of leasable space and parking for 51 vehicles. The multi-tenant property has been part of an open-ended special AIF managed by Warburg-HIH Invest. The industrial property in Krefeld, which is currently leased to Siemens, offers around 59,000 sqm. It had been part of an individual fund portfolio owned by a German superannuation scheme. “We are pleased to have found in Patrizia a renowned investor for two properties occupied on long-term leases,” said Hans-Joachim Lehmann, managing director of Warburg-HIH Invest.
