ParkLake shopping center construction on time

Sonae Sierra and Caelum Development’s ParkLake shopping center will open in 2016. ParkLake currently has an occupancy rate of 65%, according to data released by the developer. Stores will provide ​​70,000 sqm of space, while a 12,000 sqm Carrefour hypermarket will also be opened. The investment is worth roughly €180m, including the underground garage for 2,600 cars.
