Panattoni to build plant in Radom for AZZ

Panattoni will build an advanced hi-tech manufacturing and warehouse complex in Radom for AZZ Specialty Welding Europe. Construction of the 12,820 sqm facility is scheduled to begin in the third quarter of 2020. The provider of specialized welding services should be able to move into its new space in March 2021. The industrial section of the building will be divided into zones dedicated to manufacturing, warehousing and service operations. The other section will feature such installations as a compressor room with a compressed air distribution system and a paint spray booth, as well as overhead cranes and air doors in the docks. The building will be fitted with welding fixtures fit to handle elements of up to 15 meters in length, and therefore the roof of the hall will be raised to a clear height of 17 meters over an area of 2,000 sqm. The entire building will be BREEAM-certified with a Very Good rating.
