Panattoni has introduced a new facade standard at its parks. The new facade features predominantly aluminium and glass, with a new color scheme and larger green areas. The innovative makeover is part of the company’s sustainable development approach, which includes reducing CO2 emissions, employee well-being, environmental stewardship as well as BREEAM Very Good certification of newly built facilities. To date, Panattoni has delivered five parks according to the new approach, including Panattoni Park Żory, Panattoni Park Bydgoszcz II, Panattoni Park Toruń, A2 Warsaw Park and City Logistics Łódź II. The next seven, in locations, including the Tricity region, Częstochowa, Lublin, Warsaw, and Legnica, are nearing completion. From the beginning of 2020, all newly built warehouses at Panattoni parks are certified under the BREEAM New Construction International scheme. Currently, Panattoni has 1.2 million sqm in the certification process and 30 projects completed in line with BREEAM and LEED, which is the highest number of facilities across the entire warehousing sector.
