Panattoni Europe named Best of the Best - Commercial Developer of the Year at CIJ Awards Europe

Panattoni Europe was named the Best of the Best - Commercial Developer of the Year at CIJ Awards Europe 2016, which took place Sept 22, 2016 at the CEDEM Gala Party in Slovanský dům in Prague. Nominations for the CIJ Awards Europe are made up of service providers and projects completed in 2015 that won their category in the CIJ Awards 2015 in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland and Romania.
Panattoni Europe, which was the Commercial Developer of the Year 2015 in Poland, is currently developing more than 592,000 sqm in Germany, Poland and the Czech Republic. In the first half of 2015, Panattoni Europe signed off on new contracts for 470,000 sqm of space in Poland alone. In the second half of 2015, Panattoni concluded 393,000 sqm of new construction in Poland.
Martin Bendík, one of the founding partners of the independent law firm Wilson & Partners, was among 14 judges invited to take part in a round table gathering that took place 21 September at the Como restaurant in the Jalta Hotel, Prague. At the awards ceremony, it was Martin Bendík who was asked to present the Best of the Best - Commercial Developer of the Year - Hall of Fame to Panattoni Europe. “No surprise really, given Panattoni’s recent achievements. Big congratulations!” Martin Bendík commented.
