One United Properties is planning to break ground on a mixed-use project in Bucharest within the next two weeks. One Cotroceni Park will include nine buildings with about 800 apartments and approximately 80,000 sqm of offices. The scheme will also offer ground-floor retail units. It will go up on a 5.8 ha plot that One United purchased from Immofinanz. The first phase will include the office and retail components, while work on the residential units is set to start next year.
