Nissin Logistics leases 18,295 sqm at Panattoni Park Bydgoszcz II

Nissin Logistics has leased 18,295 sqm of warehouse space at Panattoni Park Bydgoszcz II. It is already the second tenant for the project, which will be delivered in Q1 2020. “The leases signed to take up space at the upcoming park point to the growing interest in this region and the increasing demand for modern class A warehouse space,” said Dorota Jagodzinska-Sasson, managing director at Panattoni Europe. “Bydgoszcz is one of the best emerging locations. This is partly because it is easier to recruit staff here than in the leading markets, and the road infrastructure in the region is getting better and better. The new expressways, particularly the S5, make Bydgoszcz and Kuyavia more attractive to both logistics providers and manufacturing businesses.” Panattoni Park Bydgoszcz II is being developed near the Bydgoszcz Industrial and Technological Park, 3 km from the city’s bypass. The investment will offer 40,000 sqm of modern industrial space.
