NIPUF to develop 11,000 sqm warehouse at Inpark Pécs

NIPUF Group is planning to develop an 11,000 sqm warehouse at its Inpark Pécs industrial park, 30 km from the Croatian border along the M60 motorway. The Hungarian subsidiary of Raben Group already signed a long-term lease for the facility, which is slated for completion next March. The park already houses a 22,000 sqm automotive parts manufacturing and storage facility. There is an additional 41 ha of development land. “The new phase of Inpark Pécs industrial park reflects the economic potential of the area,” said Laszlo Kiss, CEO of NIPUF Zrt. “We register growing industrial property demand from both domestic and international companies in the Southern Transdanubian region.”
