The Vukmanic family is investing about €1m to develop a new tourist complex in Belavici, along Croatia’s Mreznica River. Completion is scheduled for 2021. The property will include an eight-room, two-suite facility with 22 beds as well as an outdoor sauna and a pool overlooking the Mreznica. “This is the reconstruction of existing facilities with an upgrade. The site houses an old mill, a miller's apartment, a warehouse and a barn. Parts of it will be demolished, and some parts will be renovated and upgraded in accordance with the building permit that we just received,” said Dalibor Vukmanic.
