New Market Properties has picked up a Publix-anchored shopping center in Naples, southwest Florida. The price of the deal was not disclosed. Located on a 14-acre site, the 137,580 sq ft center is home to Walgreens, Bill Smith Electronics & Appliances and FedEx Office. Holliday Fenoglio Fowler arranged the sale on behalf of the seller, a private real estate fund advised by Crow Holdings Capital-Real Estate. Over the past five years, HFF has brokered the sale of 55 Publix-anchored centers, 30 of which are in Florida.
