New five star hotel to be built in Slovakia’s Low Tatra mountains

A new five star hotel is to go up in Jasná, a ski resort in Nízké Tatry mountains in Slovakia. Damian Jasná Hotel Resorts & Residences will be located next to the ski lift at Vrbické pleso. The project, designed by Bratislava based architectural studio Nextwork, will offer 37,000 sqm of usable space on nine floors. The hotel will feature 54 luxury hotel rooms with 35 sqm, a 260 sqm presidential apartment and 120 apartments for sale at prices ranging between €2,500 to 3,600/sqm. The hotel is scheduled for completion in the summer of 2018. The investor is I.C.D. Holding, a company active in the food industry.
