New five-star hotel planned for northern Montenegro

Podgorica-based investor Mato Radovanovic is poised to started work on a new five-star hotel in Kolasin, northern Montenegro. To go up in the town’s Detailed Urban Plan Center, the 2,610 sqm hotel will offer 34 guest rooms and apartments on five floors as well as a spa center and restaurant on the ground floor. There will also be underground parking. The project was designed by the A-tim studio.
