The company New Energy Solutions, which opened Vetropark Kovačica in 2019 in Serbia, plans to build another wind park in nearby in Vetropark Crepaja. Plans call for the erection of 31 wind turbine towers each with an individual capacity of about 7 MW, along with a new transformer station. The maximum height of the wind turbine with the blade in the upper position is about 230 meters, while the total power of the wind farm is up to 220 MW.

Existing roads around the wind farm will provide adequate access, while supporting infrastructure requirements are still to be define to ensure the complex can function correctly. New Energy Solutions' €189m investment in Vetropark Kovačica resulted in a 38-turbine wind farm that produces energy for more than 68,000 households, reducing CO2 emissions by an estimated about 250,000 tons annually.
