New €5m mixed-use complex underway in southern Serbia

A new business and residential complex is underway in Leskovac, southern Serbia. Le Park will feature two six-story buildings, with park on the top floors and an underground garage. The complex will offer 320 sqm of commercial space. The investor is the construction company Centum. The investment value is estimated at €5m. Centum has already completed two floors in the first building, which is scheduled to be delivered in the fall of 2019. The whole project should be completed by October 2020.
