A new hydroelectric power plant was opened along the Vrbas River in Bocac, near Mrkonjić Grad, Bosnia. The investment is valued at €21m. With a capacity of 42 gigawatts per hour, the plant, known as Bocac 2, is expected to have a big influence on trade and municipality development. It will be staffed by 32 employees. A smaller hydropower plant will open close to Bocac 2 in the near term.
