New apartments planned for southern Montenegrin resort town

Construction is poised to break ground on a new mixed-use complex in Becici, southern Montenegro. Project investors include Casa al Mare and Stablina. The complex will go up on a 14,300 sqm plot near the sea and will offer 150 apartments in four buildings. The property will also feature swimming pools, restaurants, bars, shops and underground parking. There will also be ground-floor offices.
