New 75,000 sqm project will link West Gate to Bucharest metro line

Genesis Development is planning to add a 75,000 sqm mixed-use scheme to its West Gate project that will link the business park to Bucharest’s Preciziei metro station via an underground passage. The project is currently in the design phase. “We are paying special attention to integrating this project into the urban landscape and the neighborhood's future needs, taking into account the findings of the CBRE study for us: that in about 10 years the area of ​​interest will be populated by about 1 million people,” said Liviu Tudor, chairman and founder of Genesis Development.
