NEPI Rockcastle to build new Croatian retail park

NEPI Rockcastle's new asset manager for Serbia and Croatia Tomislav Dekalic says that the company is preparing for a new cycle of investment in Croatia. About €12m will be invested in Arena Park, a new 8,000 sqm retail park to be built next to NEPI Rockcastle's Arena Centar. A total of €30m has already been invested in this location, including an €18m expansion of the mall that added 6,000 sqm to the mall. The new retail park will include drive-through restaurant and 11 stores offering international brands.
NEPI Rockcastle has shopping centers in Romania, Poland, Slovakia, Croatia, Bulgaria, Hungary, Czech Republic, Serbia, Latvia. The Group owns 44 shopping centers and 8 business facilities.
