AZ Tower, the Czech Republic's tallest building, has been acquired by the investment group Natland, according to the daily E15. The vendor of the Brno building was Couf trade, according to the new owner's majority shareholder Tomáš Raška. "Our investment group secured control of 100 percent of the company AZ Tower by buying the shares and the debts of the company AZ Tower," he told E15. He said renovation work on the building would be necessary in order to make it competitive on Brno's rental market. AZ Tower was owned as recently as 2018 by Properity and PSJ Holding, but was sold last July to a Cyprus-based company before passing into the possession of Couf trade.
