MLP Group will build a new logistics park in the vicinity of Lublin. The scheme will offer a total of 51,500 sqm of industrial space. “We continue to encounter extensive interest among prospective tenants in modern warehouse space in the Lublin area. That is why we would like to enlarge our offer by launching a second logistics park located on this market. We intend to kick off its construction this year,” said Agnieszka Góźdź, director of sales at MLP Group. The company has seven operational logistics parks in Poland: MLP Pruszków I, MLP Pruszków II, MLP Poznań, MLP Lublin, MLP Teresin, MLP Wrocław and MLP Gliwice. It has another two under construction: MLP Czeladź and MLP Poznań West.
