MK Group plans €500m in new SEE investments

MK Group is planning to invest €500m by 2025 to expand its capacities in the banking, agrarian and tourism sectors in the SEE region. Founded 35 years ago, MK Group comprises of 75 companies, employing 7,000 people in Serbia, Montenegro, Croatia and Slovenia. Its investment portfolio has hit €1bn. Last year, the group opened the first Sheraton Hotel in Serbia in Novi Sad. It recently became the majority owner of the Portoroz Airport in Slovenia and increased its stake in Gorenjska Bank.
