Metropol acquires portfolio of five Atrium shopping centers

Metropol Group has bought a portfolio of five Polish convenience shopping centers from Atrium European Real Estate. The assets are located in Radom, Swietochlowice, Siemianowice, Gdynia and Olkusz. The investments offer a combined area of 45,000 sqm of leasable space.The cost of the deal was not disclosed. Metropol Group was advised by Greenberg Traurig during the acquisition process.
