Merko begins 2nd phase of construction on Tartu residential

AS Merko Ehitus Eesti, part of AS Merko Ehitus, has begun the second and final phase of construction on its Tähepargi residential project in Tartu. This phase will see the construction of three apartment buildings in the city. Each of the 2-3 storey apartment buildings will contain either 6 or 7 apartments ranging in size between 39 and 107 sqm. In total, 19 apartments will be completed in this phase along with underground parking, green areas and a children's play area. Apartment prices in the buildings will vary between €2,750 and €3,300 per sqm. The project is due for completion in autumn 2019.
